At VITA, yoga and surf are thoughtfully designed to complement one another, creating a natural rhythm between movement, breath, and the ocean.

Morning alignment-based yoga awakens the body, builds strength, and prepares muscles and joints for the dynamic flow of surfing. Through mindful movement, posture, and breath, you cultivate balance, stability, and presence on the mat and in the water. Surfing becomes a moving meditation, deepening body awareness and fluidity.

In the evening, alignment-focused Hatha Yoga restores and lengthens the body, releasing tension from the day while bringing clarity, calm, and integration.

Food at VITA is part of the practice. Nourishing, gluten- and dairy-free meals pescatarian with vegetarian options support energy, recovery, and balance from the inside out. Simple, intentional nourishment that supports both movement and rest.

Set in Mirleft, a quiet coastal village where the ocean shapes the pace of life, the retreat is hosted at SPOT-M, a soulful surf and yoga space overlooking the Atlantic. Over four days, you’ll realign body and mind through yoga, surf, nourishing food, nature, and meaningful connection.

A balance of strength and softness, activity and rest, community and solitude held in a simple, natural setting where time slows down.
